I was hired as a freelancer to build a wine search engine website and provided wine rating and food pairing suggestions. A custom  CMS website was coded with PHP and MySQL database to input the extensive content that was needed to categorize wine in numerous ways to search.

A custom  CMS website was coded with PHP and MySQL database to input the extensive content that was needed to categorize wine in numerous ways to search. On top of categorizing the numerous types of wine, each wine was rated and then paired with different types of food for an additional wine search on the front end of the website.

Search Engine Web Development

Search engine development consisted of building 2 different search engines on the website. One was to search for wine by geography and varietals to view wine ratings. The other search engine coded was for a food and wine paring search.
